The Terms and Conditions, the use of this website and any order or purchase made through the facilities of this website shall be governed by the laws of the Taiwan applicable therein. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.

Finpo, Inc. may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without prior notice, including in respect of prices, and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in US dollars and all charges will be processed in US dollars.

Please be advised that when using online services the final quote may have up to 20% of price differences. Customers must be responsible for all charges of the purchase if the price of the final quote is within that range of 20%. Should this happens, customers should make the remaining payment within the next few days before the shipment, and after the confirmation notification is received. If, by any chance, the final quote exceeds the expectation of 20% customers have the rights to cancel or halt the order until further agreements are made with Finpo, Inc.. When the cancellation option is made, Finpo, Inc. shall terminate the order and refund your purchases. However, a non-refundable fifty US dollars surcharge fee will apply to such condition.
